Greetings Geoff and list. You need to activate the classic view in Skype.
Do the following:
Go to the Tools menu by pressing Alt+T, then press O to get to the Options
dialog. You should now be in the General settings dialog. Press Tab until
you get to the option called Visual Style of the Window. You'll find two
radio buttons: one for Skype, and one for Classic Windows. Make sure that
Classic Windows is selected, press Tab until you get to the Save button, and
press Enter or the space bar.
Next, you need to make sure that Extended Keyboard Navigation is checked.
Go to the Tools menu again with Alt+T, and find the Accessibility submenu.
Open it, and find the option for Extended Keyboard Navigation. If JAWS
doesn't say "checked", press Enter to check it.
