Sorry to say... You want to "report" all the Skype 4.X problems? Skype
simply removed those features from its software in the newest version. They
also removed the ability to change the Skype backgrand picture. If you
want/like the old facilities, use the previous versions. Thanks for reading.

When did you last update Skype? The original version of 4.1 had this
problem. The most current release corrected this.
