The messages then occur in two places that I know of: At a login or computer security lock screen, and when a UAC dialog appears. If UAC is disabled, the problem seems not to occur. The problem also does not occur in JAWS 11 versions before the security release. I have not heard of the problem occurring in the JAWS 10 or JAWS 9 security update versions, but it would not surprise me if those are affected as well.
