Hi Chris,
if you mean how to check a call which you could not answer, then you can see
the callers id as new event in the conversations list. If you mean how to
know the callers id before answering, the SkypeWatch system will help you
get this. If using Skype 3.8, go to tools / options, notification settings,
and make sure that the call setting is set to Show Windows tray alert, not
Skype call alert. This is not necessary with Skype 4.1.
