Guys, that's because I probably gave wrong registry key. Can you please
tell me a full path to JAWS key in your Windows Registry? That may help
me a lot!

I moved SkypeWatch Installer to a new server, which means that from
now on, everyone should get a full download with no problems!
Again, thanks to person who gave me a new file hosting solution.

Extract to somewhere and run SkypeWatch Installer.exe from within
