Hm yeah I did import a wav file and I think the sound was there. Someone listen to the tutorial I did on the options menu as I think that's where it was this in the skype draft tutorials for skype 4.

Hello, I think the import button lets you add the sounds, but then they will need to be associated to the various voices in Skype options (ringtone, Dial Tone, Busy signal, etc.) as this is not made automatically.
