Hello all,
I signed onto Skype just to change my mood message. I discovered, when
tabbing around, that I had some notifications, as there was a view
notifications button. So I clicked on that, and someone added me to
their contacts list. So I clicked on add to contacts, and the
notifications went away.
So I guess this feature is to let you know of such events. Quite nice
actually.
