I have released the first JAWS script set intended for Skype 4.2.
Skype 4.2 is still a beta, but the scripts are considered production
quality and work with 4.1 also.
The feature list for this update is somewhat long, so rather than
trying to summarize it here, I'll just advise people to read the
release notes at my web site before downloading, which should be easy
since you have to go past the release notes to get to the downloads
anyway. :-)
I will whet some appetites by pointing out that this update makes it
easier to get the active call duration, avoids focus and Alt+F4 issues
introduced
by a recent Windows update, gets rid of warnings in login and UAC
screens that started after the JAWS 10 and 11 security updates,
revives our ability to read the total world-wide Skype online user
count, and makes the Applications key work on conference participants.

A reminder: This is the first script version for which the old method
of loading Skypewatch will not work. The easiest way to upgrade from
the old method to the new should be to remove the Use "skypewatch.jsb"
line from your default.jss and then use Hrvoje's Skypewatch installer
to set up the new method. If that doesn't work, you may have to
remove the modified default.jss. Hrvoje might chime in here to
indicate what his utility can or can't handle in this regard.
