Hi, If you are using Skype 4.1.0.179 and don't have voice mail enabled Skype will hung up after 4 rings on all calls.
The only way to fix this problem is to delete the files config.lck and config.xml in your Skype user name folder which is located in c:\documents and settings\username\application data\skype and your Skype name. Before doing this you must close Skype. You must know your Skype account name, skype name and your password before you do this. As you have to re start Skype once you have deleted these files and re enter your Skype information.
