Hi Dave: What is a world subscription? At this point in time I am still using Skype Version 3.8 and I expect that the Skype to go number doesn't come with this package.
A while back I tried to use Version 4.1 but reverted to the older version as I couldn't get all the information about the scripts and the new features.
