Here's the announcement sent by Hrvoje on the SkypeTalking list.
Well, I decided to release SkypeTalking 0.7 earlier cause it's very
exciting version.
First of all, there are some news about SkypeTalking project that will
make project growing even faster. Recently, mr. Gianluca Casalino from
Italy joined SkypeTalking project, and he's now a second SkypeTalking
developer. He implemented some exciting new features that will make
SkypeTalking even better, and will make Skype more accessible especially
for NVDA users.
So here's a brief list of new features in 0.7:
1. You can now view last 10 chat messages by using
Alt+Ctrl+Shift+numbers from 1 through 0 on an alphanumeric keyboard (not
numpad). If you press it twice, it will copy chat message to a
clipboard. If pressed thrice, and your message has a URL address, it
will open that URL address into your default web browser.
2. You can now change your Skype status on the fly, wherever you are, by
using Alt+Ctrl+Shift+Backspace. You can flip between Online, Offline,
Away, N/A, DND, and SkypeMe.
3. Added basic support for file transfers. Alt+Ctrl+Shift+F will tell
you a status of the last active Skype file transfer. Note that currently
SkypeTalking doesn't speak transfer speed and the amount of data
transferred, cause it was always reported as 0 by SkypeTalking, so I
decided to not include it. However, you will be notified when transfer
is finished or failed, which will be especially helpful for Skype 4.X
users where there's no notification for transfer end or failure.
4. Better call handling, which means that now you will hear with whom
you've ended a call, and a call duration (currently spoken in seconds).
5. Added the ability to turn on or off ignoring of all Skype events.
When this feature is set to on, SkypeTalking will simply sleep and will
not speak nor record Skype events into a memory. Thus, you no longer
have to unload SkypeTalking completely in a moment when you don't want
SkypeTalking to work. Use Alt+Ctrl+Shift+I keystroke to toggle this
feature.
6. Added 4 new languages (czech, turkish, japanese and malay), which
means that SkypeTalking now speaks about 15 languages!
