no I do not think there's such an option. But maybe you can do vice versa,
meaning:
1. when SkypeTalking is running, press alt+ctrl+shift+s to open the settings
dialogue;
2. check the checkbox "Automatically start Skype when it's not active" with
a spacebar (note that I do not remember if it's the first one or if you have
to press tab to find it before);
3. tab till the Ok button and space bar.
In this way, you can only launch SkypeTalking instead of Skype, so that
SkypeTalking will start Skype for you.
