I don't know exactly what's going on in downloading files, I guess this can
have to do with the protected mode with IE8 in Windows 7. You could try
using FireFox, or modifying the security settings in IE so that
www.dlee.org/skype is a trusted site and so that you can download files
without being blocked. But I won't post exact procedure here cause I will go
off topic. Anyway, if you had the scripts installed, say, you could try
pressing ctrl+shift+d before hanging up the call, cause this command will
enable or disable the dial pad.
What I surely know is that unfortunately Skype 3.8 has some compatibility
issues with Windows 7. Someone suggested to enable compatibility mode for XP
SP3, but I am not sure if it will work.
