Hey Donnie,
you'll have to re-authorize SkypeTalking manually then. Try doing the
following:
1. from within Skype, press alt+t for the Tools menu, then up harrow once to
go to the options menu, and hit enter to open it;
2. press down harrow till you hear, "Advanced options";
3. press tab till you find the link "Manage other programs acces to Skype"
and hit enter to activate it;
4. you'll find a list with all the programs which want access to Skype. With
up and down harrows, highlight SkypeTalking;
5. make sure it's set to "it's allowed to use Skype". If not, press tab till
you find the Change button and space;
6. with tab, focus a group of radio buttons and set it to "Allow acces to
Skype", and press Ok;
7. click Ok again, then Save.
