that is a great piece of software for recording Skype calls, and I use it
quite frequently, But as far as I know it does not provide a
transcription
service.
perhaps I should just consider investing in a copy of Dragon
NaturallySpeaking professional 10.1, Because this will do what I want to
do.

I is to use call graph for this purpose. Unfortunately this program, no
longer installed properly, and it appears not to be supported or updated
