Hi, Go to the person who sent you a voice mail. You can do this from the contact list or if you have not removed it it will be in the conversation list. Control 1 for the contact list or control 2 for the conversation list. Now you got to them press the space bar to select them in the list. This makes the conversation active. Now press control 5 to move to the events list the voice mail will probably be close to the bottom of this list. Find it tab to the play button press the space bar. That should do it. Hth
