Hi Francis,
the cost of any call or sms has everything to do with the recipient
country, not where you are. So you'll pay the $0.126 Canadian dollars
for an sms to Canada, but it'll be in T&T dollars.
To send and sms, do the following:
1. From within skype, activate the call phones button.
2. type the phone number
3. Press shift tab to get to the sms button. activate it.
4. Type your message, then activate the send sms button.
If someone's already in your contact list, you can activate the
context menu once on their name (with the applications key), and
there's an option to send an sms.
