Hello Alex,
if you use JAWS scripts for Skype provided by Doug Lee, just do the
following for joining a caller to the conference:
1. press ctrl+3 for going to the live conversations list (this keystroke
works again in Skype 5 as it did in Skype 4.1);
2. locate with harrows or with end/home the callers name;
3. press the applications key and go down with harrows till you find "Invite
to conference", and press there.
Note that you can do that only if you're the hosting person or if there's
only one person in a call with you, and that starting from Skype 2.5 or so
you cannot join two conferences, meaning if other people are inviting you to
a conference while you're hosting another you cant go to "Invite to
conference".
