For those who use the executable installer, you should never need to recompile right after installing Skype scripts. If you do need to for some reason, that's a bug and I would want to know about it. The installer actually compiles the scripts during installation.
Those who use the zip and manually install the scripts might need to recompile when installing though, to account for changes among JAWS versions.
