Dear Jazman, at the bottom of each message you receive, you can find this link http://emissives.com/mailman/listinfo/skypeenglish_emissives.com that allows you to change your list settings. There you can decide to receive messages in your mailbox, or not receive them but still be able to send, which means you will have to check for replies on the lists websites, or unsubscribe completely.
