Ok after playing with it I notice some stuff which make sense but will take some getting used to.
1. plain arrows through menus will not speak dimmed items but vo arrowing will. 2. cmd tabbing away from and back to skype seems to show the menu bar again 3. I heard from another beta tester to uncheck the call monitoring box found under prefs and call. 4. I like the interface but conferencing is a pain in the back side. you have to type in the username manually or the skype id such as skype test call or echo123 in the add dialogue. to hang up an individual person you must type /kick skype test call or /kick echo123. All of this from the currently active call btw. but all in all the interface works pretty well and you finely see the statuses of a contact. Good luck.
