what does skype talking say when you activate it? If there's a plunking sound, it means it's already running. To change settings, hit alt control shift p. To read the documentation, click on "explore the documentation" from the skype talking submenu in the start menu, and then click on "en" for the English documentation. Hope this helps. Sarah
