Thanks for the info. I have been in the conversation window and seen the
voice mail message I'm attempting to retrieve. In fact I can highlight it,
but when I tab twice I do not find a play button. No matter what I try it
seems to elude me so what am I doing wrong? Help!!!!! Lol.

Hi DW,
When the cursor is on the contact who sent you the voicemail, do the
following.
1. Press the applications key to get to the context menu. There are other
hotkeys to get you to "right click" on something, which change between
computer models, but use one of these if the applications key doesn't
work.
2. Press enter on "send IM". This will open a conversation window with the
person who sent you the voicemail.
3. Press control 5. You won't hear anything, but this will put you in the
list of previous messages sent.
4. Assuming the voicemail is the most recent item sent, press end. This
will
take you to the most recent item, but you may have to use the arrow keys
to
find it if chats or files have been sent after it was.
5. Once found, press tab twice and you should hear the play button.
Activate
it and you're good to go.

I'm not finding the play button. that's the problem. I don't know if
Jaws
just isn't reading it, but it doesn't seem to show. What can I do to
correct the problem? It can't be scripts because I have the proper ones
for the version of Skype I'm running.
