Hey Lee,
if you want to make SkypeTalking quit Skype for you, go to SkypeTalking
options with alt+ctrl+shift+p, and check the checkbox "Automatically close
Skype when quitting SkypeTalking". Note that the english label could not be
correct as I do not remember exactly how it was, using ST in Italian.
