You know, you can make a hot key for this if you go under options then
hotkeys and you can specify a hot key for resume and for hold I gather using
the JAWS scripts also someone told me you can do the same with Skype Talking

How does one get a person off hold? You make a call, and then, receive
another call. You wish to put the first on hold which you do when you
answer the seconde call, point is, how do you get to talk to the first
person again?
