I just posted a bit of an update, mostly to improve the new installer. So as of about five minutes ago, my best advice to you is this:
Download the experimental new installer from http://www.dlee.org/skype/ Run that, and let it launch the uninstaller for you, assuming you used the experimental installer last time you did an update. If you didn't use the experimental installer last time, no worries, just go ahead and let the new one set everything up anyway. After installing the scripts with the new installer, either stop and restart JAWS once or type Ctrl+JAWSKey+Esc once to reload SkypeWatch.
