Slite correction. With NVDA it's Alt+3.
With NVDA, your using Skype's native Keystrokes.
If you use SkypeTalking as well, you'll have lot's more accessibility.
See the skype Talking manual on the keys you'll need.
You can change them in settings if you like.
The key is CTRL+Shift+Alt+P, by default, but all this can be changed if
you like.
