Hey Michael,
if you chose to use the new experimental installer, SkypeWatch will be
installed automatically. For this to work though, you should restart JAWS or
press ctrl+insert+escape to re-iinitialize the default script set. If some
notifications are not read, verify if they're checked in Skype options,
notifications section.
