I do not remember if there's a create conference option somewhere, please
someone help.
Anyway, while in call with the first person, you can:
1. focus the contact list with ctrl+1 (use alt+1 if you don't use JAWS
scripts for Skype);
2. higlight the contact which you want to invite;
3. press the applications key and move down with harrow till you find,
"invite cto conference". Pressing enter there the third person will receive
the invitation and he/she can answer as if it was a normal call.
