Dear Cearbhall, it is working perfectly here, with almost the same configuration as yours except that I'm using jaws 11, you didn't talk about your operating system, mine is Windows XP home. Realise that there is no such thing as find contact in Skype five and later, but you must go to the contact menu and click on add a contact if that is what you want to do. Then, the window will look like a web page and you will have to enter informations like your contact's skype name or email and so on. Also check that both accessibility checkboxes are checked in the tools menu.
