Well I for one have no problems scrolling through the chat though it would be cool to have that feature incorporated somehow possibly in the near future, but once you get used to the extra step in scrolling and shift tabbing/tabbing to the chat widgit it is not so bad, at least NVDA and other screen readers can read the contact lists and alert us when they go on or off.
