Try verifying, i.e. via the system tray, if SkypeTalking is actually
running. Another way is, press ctrl+alt+shift+t which should launch
SkypeTalking for you; in a few seconds, one of the following things should
happen:
1. SkypeTalking will say "connecting to Skype", then "Pending
authorization", then "SkypeTalking is ready current logged user is",
followed by her full name;
2. ST will give her an error message telling that the application is already
running. In this second case, I'll let the word to a more expert usr than
me.
