First form is to subscribe, type the email address and password in the edit
fields, select if you want digest mode or not, and press Subscribe button.
Second form is for viewing the list of members, which you won't have to
mind.
Third one is to unsubscribe or edit options. Type the email address with
which you are subscribed, and press "Unsubscribe or edit options" button.
Then type the password in the edit password field to login, then when you're
signed in you check the checkbox "yes, I really want to unsubscribe", and
press the unsubscribe button.
Alternatively, you can send mails to [email protected],
putting the corresponding parametres in the subject line or in the message
body (meaning naturally, subscribe for subscribing, and unsubscribe for
unsubscribe). Beware though, that if you do not choose a password, a random
one will be created.
