Hello,
for answering the call, the default keystroke is alt+pg up, though you can
modify it under tools / options, hotkeys. Warning: going there, make sure
global hotkeys are checked, and press tab to make sure single hotkeys
checkboxes for answering and hanging up (alt+pg down) are checked,
otherwise they won't work.
For accessing the contact list, if you run JAWS scripts for Skype, the
keystroke is ctrl+1, otherwise it's alt+1.
