Hello Kenlawrence124, 1. If I'm not mistaken, it's 10 minutes per voicemail. 2. Yes, you can get voicemails from those who have voicemail set. But since it's free now (yeeeeeaaaahhhh!), I'd suggest you to set it also. In order to accomplish this, go to http://skype.com/, sign in and choose the voicemail service there.
