Hello Michael, In the chat window, press Shift+Tab several times and go to the message saying "Voice mail from John Doe, at 00:00:00". Then press Tab two times and you should land on the delete button. If you are on the Play button, a single press of Tab should do the thing. However, a couple users told me they had no such a button. If this is your case, I recommend using SkypeTalking which is straight forward.
