Some time ago I tried it myself and found out by pressing ctrl+insert+v that Ninite installed the business version, and I knew it because I heared 32 instead of 0 after the second point. In addition, an user just reported to my italian list that he tried to install Skype 5.9 trough Ninite, and he was unable to find the Facebook functionality, neither in the contacts menu nor in any other Skype part.
