Sorry Doug. I haven't realised that the version of jaws was recently been updated and it broke some part of your scripts from what i understand. I am using windows 7 64 bit JAWS version 14.0.4004. I tried to download a d installed the scripts again but still the same issue. I think it the chat feature is broken.
