Good Morning, I am using Skype 5.8 and I need to change my primary e-mail address in my account. Several things are preventing me from doing this.
When I select change e-mail address, it asks for verification of my password which I type in the edit field, however, it will not allow me to access the enter button to go any further. If I go into my profile and select e-mail settings, I can either change my primary account e-mail to my second e-mail address and then delete the original one or simply change it and leave the original address. I want to change the primary address to my second e-mail and delete the first one. I can, with the use of the left click JAWS cursor, change the primary address, but I am, not only unable to delete the first one, but I am unable to access the save link to save any changes I make. I am using Windows 7 with JAWS 14. I have tried accessing all of these links and buttons with the spacebar, the enter key and the left mouse JAWS cursor. I even tried control enter. Nothing works. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to change my primary account e-mail and delete the original one?
