Minor clarification: You should use either (1) Skype 6.9 and the latest, revision 765, scripts, or (2) an older Skype and older scripts. You only get into trouble if you mix those two the wrong way. Newer is usually better, but I don't have a problem with people running Skype versions a version or two older than the cutting edge, so long as they know what scripts work with what.
