So if I understand things correctly. I can once again have skype watch
installed with jaws 13. Is this right?

I have released an update to the Skype scripts at
http://www.dlee.org/skype/
It does not change the scripts themselves but fixes an issue that was
crashing JAWS script compilers on some machines. By necessity, it also
revives the default_fs.* files in JAWS 12 and 13 installations. There
are some details on what happened and what to do if things don't go as
planned in an audio tweet I put up at
http://www.dlee.org/s69d.mp3
Happy Skyping, and write back if problems not explained in that audio
tweet continue. Oh yes, and sorry it took me so long to work this one
out. :-)
