Here's what I'd do
I would replace your skype.jsm with the original one and recompile. If
compilation is successfull, then something is wrong with the translated
jsm. I translate the scripts into italian and all compiled fine

Almost everything work fine, but the new commands to say the active
participants and who is currently speaking report no people.
