Hi Joseph. When you're in the conversation, the keystroke to find the message list is Ctrl+5, not JAWSKey+5. Hope this helps. If you are a JAWS user and have the scripts installed, press Ctrl+2 to get to the Recent Messages list or Inbox. Using your up/down arrows, find the name of the contact who sent you the voice mail. Open the context menu with the Applications key or Shift+F10, and select "Send IM". You should now be in the chat window for that contact. Press Ctrl+5 to get to the list of messages in that chat. Use your up/down arrow keys to locate the entry for the voicemail. Press Tab until you get to the Play button. Hope this helps.
