I was disappointed to learn that GW Connect was going away; I figured (even though I don't use it a lot) that I'd better go ahead and download the new version of Skype! Once you arrow down to the contact's name, press the space bar on that contact name to select it, then make the call. Second, to exit Skype, if you're using JAWS, press JAWS KEY plus F10 to bring up the system tray. Once that is done, arrow to Skype and press Enter. A menu will come up. Look for Quit Skype. Then Tab until you hear Quit Button. Press Enter, and Skype will be exited.
