I wrote a fix for that issue specific to Lync 2013 in June or so. If you are using my scripts, make sure you have the latest revision, 325.
I forgot when we started calling Lync versions SFB, but I've heard people refer to Lync 2013 and Lync 2016 occasionally. I'll use those names below even though Lync 2016 is probably not a valid name now... If you are using Lync 2013 and the latest scripts and still seeing this issue, check your Lync version number, either with Ctrl+JAWSKey+V or from Lync's About box. I wrote the fix against two specific Lync 2013 versions: 15.0.4911.1000 and 15.0.4420.1017. If you have one of those, my fix should work. If you have a different version, let me know which one. If you are using Lync 2016 rather than Lync 2013, let me know which version (see above for how to find out) so I can check it against the versions I've used. So far, I've used at least 13 of those.
