Hello, I have ran and installed the new Slackbuild for python 3.1 from Audrius Kažukauskas which applied the patches to amend the paths for a Slackware64 system. Python3.1 now starts up correctly with no errors and run time modules are imported correctly. As this is the first time I have mailed the slackbuilds-users list I apologize if this is not the correct protocol to report a successful slackbuild patch. Thankyou, BgEddy *
