Texlive includes the texi2html package. It might be better to seperate
those two. I realised my system was missing it when installing lilypond
(which lists it as recommended). I have installed texlive the
not-package-way in my /opt to avoid chaos when updating via tlmgr and to
keep the size down (who needs the complete texlive anyway), so I have
tex, but no texi2html. Not critical, just a suggestion.
