Since some time ago I anyway took blas, scipy and lapack over, I'll take
also cblas, as up to my knowledge nobody claimed it until now.
BTW, lapack-atlas is mine! Nevertheless I acknowledge Eugéne, because I
use some code from his original lapack Slackbuild. Thus, grep lists
lapack-atlas too, if it is asked to look into the Slackbuild files.
