I tried with both patches in and it failed. I then tried only with the
new patch and it worked fine. Is that OK? Was the other patch
necessary as well?
The old patch is no longer necessary since it was used to patch GCC 4.7
and we are using 4.8 for Slackware 14.1
I will add the new patch and remove the old patch
