These perl packages have broken download links: perl-DateTime, perl-DateTime-TimeZone, and perl-Params-Validate. I looked upstream at both search.cpan and metapan for the applicable versions, but it seems that they have been removed. I had some trouble getting the newest versions of these to build or not cause build problems with other perl modules.
These are the versions I have managed to build with and seem to play well with others: perl-DateTime: 1.08 perl-DateTime-TimeZone: 1.68 perl-Params-Validate: 1.13 I haven't had time to do any testing. I built these in the process of building mythtv, mythplugins, and related programs. Everything seems to work so far.
